Welcome to Art of Living Shop. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to Your use of the Website located at www.artoflivingshop.com ("Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust Site"). By accessing the Art of Living Shop Site. You hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If You do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not access The Art Of Living Website. We reserve the right to add or change/modify the site, site content terms and conditions at any point of time without prior notice to You. Any changes will be posted to www.artoflivingshop.com and it is your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms and conditions on accessing this service. Such modifications and changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modifications, alterations or changes. You agree to review the site periodically to be aware of such modifications and on Your access to the Art Of Living Shop Site it will be deemed an acceptance of the terms existing at that time. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Art Of Living such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Art Of Living Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of Art Of Living Shop membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.

"User Information" means the personal details, which may be provided by You to Us via the Art Of Living Shop Site.
"Users" means the Users of the Art Of Living Shop Site collectively and/or individually as the context admits.

2. Trademarks and Copyright
This site contains copyrights and intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied or presented on this site (including but not limited to text, audio, video, graphical images), trademarks and logos (including trade markof “The Art Of Living") of Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust, its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under the applicable Indian laws. Any infringement of the IPR will be considered illegal and shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law. It has been understood by You that Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust shall not have any liability to you or any other person for any termination of Your access to Our service or removal of information concerning Your account.
5. Severability
If any provision of the terms and condition shall be held unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not effect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
6. Registration and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Your Obligation.
In consideration of Your use of this site you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable Jurisdiction. You agree to comply with the rules and provide accurate, reliable, complete and true information about Yourself as required by Us for registration to this service and to create Your User Account. You agree to update Your registration information with current information. Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust at its sole discretion can suspend or terminate the User Account or even permanently ban You from having any current or future service from this site in the event You provide inaccurate, false registration information.
As a part of registration you are responsible for creating and maintaining confidentiality of Your user name and password. You are advised to notify Art Of Living Shop of any unauthorized use of Your Account. Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your usage of Your User Account

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Art Of Living Shop be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
8. Contributions To Art Of Living Shop
By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Contributions") to Art Of Living Shop through its suggestion or feedback webpages, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; (b) Art Of Living Shop is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions; (c) Art Of Living Shop shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; (d) Art Of Living Shop may have something similar to the Contributions already under consideration or in development; (e) your Contributions automatically become the property of Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust without any obligation of Art Of Living Shop to you; and (f) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Art Of Living Shop under any circumstances.
Refund and cancellation Policy
9. In the rare case of any product being out of stock or us not being able to deliver the product for any reason whatsoever after you have made the purchase through our payment gateway, Art Of Living Shop shall duly refund the money by crediting the same amount back to your credit card account.
The same shall be intimated to through email or phone.
No cancellation shall be entertained once the order is placed and the purchase is made through our payment gateway.
General Information
Art Of Living Shop has the right to assign its rights and duties to any party at anytime without prior notice to you. Art Of Living Shop shall have no liability to You for any interruption or delay in access to the Web Site. You understand that Your user account is non-transferable. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of Law at Bangalore shall have exclusive Jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this agreement.
Shipping
Art Of Living Shop website ships to all the states and cities in India. If you do not find the shipping city then mention your full address i the additional coloum under shipping address or mail to our customer services.
